For facilities covered by the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) reporting requirements in Sections 311-312, the Tier II report, also called Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory report, is due by March 1, 2025. The Proposed Action In this action, the CEC is proposing guidelines for Residential Solar Permit Reporting (“Proposed Guidelines”) as required by SB 379, and as subsequently codified in Government Code section 65850.
