Introduction
The New Market Solar Project (“the project”) is located in Clay and Whiteoak Townships in Highland County, Ohio. The Project consists of two facilities: Highland 4, a 65-megawatt facility that occupies 582 acres, and Highland 2, a 35-megawatt facility that occupies 222 acres.
