Introduction
This review presents a comprehensive summary of the recent development in semi-artificial photosynthesis, a biological-material hybrid approach to solar-to-chemical conversion that provides new concepts to shape a sustainable future fuelled by solar energy. These panels mimic plant leaves in shape and function as demonstrated for overall solar water splitting to produce green H2 by the laboratories of Nocera and Domen. 1,2 This presentation will give an overview of our recent progress to construct prototype. Photoreforming is a technology that utilizes light energy to drive catalytic reactions for converting organic Common plastics, their chemical structures, typical photoreforming products, and treatment strategies. Pre-fabricated containerized solutions now account for approximately 35% of all new utility-scale storage deployments worldwide.
