Introduction
To successfully incorporate solar panels into battery electric vehicles (BEVs), several key steps must be undertaken. Since car is parked most of the time, the battery is not getting charged and I would like to purchase a solar charger/maintainer (there is no possible way to connect to an outlet due to parking lot assignment). This would be a gift from me so would prefer something that works well and reasonably. However, I have a couple questions that I wasn't able to find a clear answer to online: Does Honda CRV cigarette plug accept power even when the car is off? I know it won't give power to a plugged-in. Solar energy is a clean and efficient way to run devices in your home or your vehicle.
